Bulk Orders
When ordering bulk, you may notice that the product comes in different packaging and without a standard product label. We ship bulk products in a variety of different packaging which we have at our facility. This helps keep our bulk products an economically and environmentally friendly option for our customers which we are happy to provide.
When ordering bulk product, please reference the ingredients list and nutritional information provided on the products webpage. If you can not find the information you are looking for on our website, please contact our customer support for assistance.
We do our best to ship orders out of are facility as quickly as we can and attempt to get all orders out within 2-10 business days of receipt. Order turn around time will vary especially on orders with unique requirements. We ship all orders with FedEx or USPS depending on your address and perferred shipping carrier which can be selected during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. Calculated shipping time does not include weekends or holidays. Use the map provided below to calculate an estimated time in transit for your order.
Free Shipping Policy
Qualified orders with a subtotal of $99 or more may receive free shipping so long as the minimum purchase requirements for free shipping must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies. May not be combined with any other coupon. No cash/credit back. Tax and shipping not included in calculating minimum purchase. This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. Free shipping promotion applies only to orders shipped via standard ground delivery within the 48 contiguous United States (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, or any minor outlying Islands, as well as PO/APO/DPO/FPO addresses) only. Not valid on express shipping methods.
Bright Earth Foods reserves the right to select the carrier when paying the freight. The free shipping policy is subject to change without notice.
International Shipping Policy
Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Bright Earth Foods is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, if you are concerned about these fees, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering. Our free shipping discount does not apply when shipping outside of the United States.
We are not able to process international orders through our website. To place an international order, please contact our customer service department.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will do what we can to make it right. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will be happy to provide assistance and discuss all the available options with you.
We guarantee the freshness and purity of our products when stored properly. It is normal for the taste, smell, texture, color, density, and clumping to vary from batch to batch due to the nature of our raw minimally processed products. Therefore we are unable to accept returns and give refunds based on personal tastes, preferences, or natural variances that occur between our batches.
Bright Earth Foods, at its sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis, will determine if a product may be returned or refunded to store credit within 30 days of purchase. Orders over 30 days old cannot be returned or refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable and products must be returned unopened and unused, in good, re-sellable condition in order for a store credit to be granted. Opened food products may not be returned. Return shipping and handling charges may apply to undeliverable or refused packages. Credit or refund will be given only after the product is returned and inspected.
If there is damage during shipping or an error in the products shipped, Bright Earth Foods may, at its sole discretion, reship or refund the shipment and may require the return of the original shipment.
The customer must read and understand all product details including country of origin and ingredients before ordering. Bright Earth Foods will not pay for return shipping cost of incorrectly ordered products. Please take the time to review all items in your cart before placing your order.
