Raw Cacao is really one of healthier foods we can eat. I mix them with other nuts and blueberries for desert. What a healthy treat. I have had a lot of Cacao and this are on the re-order list. Americans and their propensity for sugar would probably not appreciate the great natural taste and health benefits. Great Cacao!
Well they are the raw stuff, and my husband likes them but they are not for me. I don't mind that they are unsweetened, but I think the crunchiness is too much for me. I prefer chocolate that melts in your mouth more than this does or could. I don't understand how they would work in smoothies. Even my husband would not buy them again.
