Instructions For Use
Add one to three tablespoons powder and 10-12 ounces of hot water to a high powered blender. For an extra kick add fresh ginger root, a pinch of cayenne pepper and 1-2 teaspoons of cinammon. Blend on high for 60 seconds. Pour into a mug and drink hot. (Optional): Top with freshly grated nutmeg. If you do not have a blender, add three tablespoons of dry powder to a mug with just enough water to create a thick paste. Stir until very creamy and smooth. Then, fill mug with hot water and stir again until well mixed before drinking. Enjoy!
